鉅亨台北資料中心◆盤勢分析14 日台股開低走低，主要受到歐美股市走跌、外資 13 日股期匯市皆偏空操作，引發心理恐慌、市值王及股價王法說會後，法人不買單，加上前中研院院長翁啟惠將被起訴，引發生技股重挫影響，使得台股在少數傳產股逆勢撐盤下，失守月線關卡，終場加權指數收在 9165.17 點，下跌 54 點或 0.59%，成交額 679.85 億元。 OTC 指數收在 125.13 點，下跌 2.21 點或 1.74%，成交額 218.55 億元。14 日台股日線連二黑，失守 9200 點關卡，周線由紅轉黑，技術面持續轉弱。考量距離美總統大選愈近，法人操作轉趨保守，美俄交惡，關係降至冷戰時期，加速中東緊張情緒，亦推升美元、油價、黃金走強，台幣將難逃競貶潮，外資現貨連二賣，且淨多單連二日減少至 7.9 口萬餘口，顯示態度不像先前樂觀，若大盤跌破季線關卡，或大型權值股走疲，則建議減碼持股，保守操作。
